All meetings are conducted with an RCIC licensed consultant with many years of experience. Consequently, we charge a nominal fee for the time of the consultant depending on the time booked (see appointment form on this page). This option is most suitable for clients who prefer face-to-face interaction. All in-person consultations are held at our office in Mississauga and can be scheduled from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and require 48 hours notice.

• 30 minutes consultation – C$100
• 60 minutes consultation – C$150
• 2 hours consultation – C$250

The In-person Consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee in case you decide to hire us as your authorized representative to file your immigration application within the following 3 months

An initial phone/ Skype consultation is the most cost-effective way to explore your options to remain or immigrate to Canada. The phone/ Skype consultation fees are as follows:

• 30 minutes consultation – C$100
• 60 minutes consultation – C$150
• 2 hours consultation – C$250

The Online Consultation fee is fully creditable towards the retainer fee in case you decide to hire us as your authorized representative to
file your immigration application within the following 3 months.

The consultation fee can be paid online using PayPal or a valid Credit/ Debit card. The payment is completed using the PayPal payment gateway and is fully secured. No credit card data is stored on our website.

In order to ensure that we provide the best possible consulting experience we request all clients to provide a 48 hours advance notice. The online form automatically blocks all consultation requests that are earlier than 48 hours from the time of booking.

While we try our best to accommodate small time overruns, our consultants are busy professionals and in some cases, it may not be possible to extend the consultation where it exceeds the pre-booked time as there may be other overlapping appointments. Additional time is charged at C$50 per 15 minutes.

All consultations must be booked online in advance and must be paid online. Unfortunately we currently do not accept cash payments
in person.
